For a fine-pored, even complexion, our Medical Cosmetics specialists also use the method of microdermabrasion.

During this intensive exfoliation of the skin, mechanical abrasion, using microcrystals or diamond grinding stones, the top dead horny layer of the skin is removed.

The deeper skin layers receive an impulse during microdermabrasion and increasingly form fresh cells. This way, the skin also regenerates itself from the inside out. A lifting effect and enhanced blood supply will be noticeable immediately. This helps promote new collagen and elastin formation, resulting in an improved complexion and younger looking skin.

As a result, wrinkles and lines, as well as blemishes, scars, stretch marks, age- and pigment spots, can disappear. In addition, high-quality care substances can penetrate much deeper into the skin again.

One variant is crystal microdermabrasion, in which fine crystals of aluminium hydroxide are blown onto the skin via a nozzle in a continuous stream before the skin is treated with ultrasound. Various active ingredients (enzymes, phytohormones, vitamins and skin-calming substances) are then introduced into your skin.

“The intensity of both methods is always very individual, according to your skin type and the treatment goal.”

Our Medical Cosmetics specialists work with differently fine, hygienic diamond treatment heads. Thus, compared to a classic exfoliation, targeted and controlled removal of the skin layer, pigments or scars, etc. can take place.

This treatment lasts about 15 – 20 minutes before high-quality active ingredients in the form of special masks remedy the skin.

After microdermabrasion, your skin may appear slightly red (for only about half an hour), and you should protect your skin for 2 – 3 days and maintain it with high-quality active ingredients until the natural protective film of the skin has regenerated.

The effects of this treatment can last several weeks.

In order to achieve the best possible result, treatment with at least five visits at intervals of about one week is usually required.
